Privacy Policy

Goodest Boops · Last updated September 2, 2026

Goodest Boops (the “Game”) is made by Boopware LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the Game and this website (boopware.com) collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built the Game to need as little personal information as possible - you can play without giving us your name, email, or any real-world identity. The Game shows ads through Google (see Advertising) and uses Apple’s private attribution system to measure aggregate advertising-campaign installs (see Private install attribution).

Information we collect

Apart from Google’s advertising technology and Apple’s private install attribution path described below, the Game does not include third-party analytics or attribution SDKs.

How we use information

Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, including optional “watch an ad for treats” rewarded ads. To serve, cap, and measure ads - and to detect invalid or fraudulent activity - Google’s advertising technology may collect and process:

Ads in the Game are non-personalized (contextual only). Every ad request is marked non-personalized; on iOS, we also enable Google’s restricted data processing and disable Google’s publisher personalization and publisher first-party identifier. Non-personalized ads may still use local identifiers for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregate reporting, and fraud prevention, subject to your regional privacy choices. They are not targeted using a cross-app profile of you, and we do not use Apple’s advertising identifier to track you across other apps. How Google handles ad data is described in “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”. We do not use ad data to build our own profile of you, and the Game is a general-audience app - it is not part of any children’s or “made for families” program.

Your advertising choices:

Private install attribution (iOS)

We use Apple’s SKAdNetwork to understand, in aggregate, whether an advertising campaign led to app installs. Goodest Boops reports only an install-level conversion value to Apple. Apple decides whether an ad is eligible, applies privacy protections and reporting thresholds, waits before reporting, and sends a signed campaign postback directly to the advertising network that won the attribution, currently TikTok.

Goodest Boops does not initialize or include TikTok’s App Events SDK, send TikTok an IP address, device identifier, session identifier, or in-app event, or receive player-level attribution data. SKAdNetwork does not use Apple’s advertising identifier and does not require the App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not use this path to identify you or track you across apps or websites.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a purchase receipt or transaction identifier from the store so we can verify the purchase and grant your items - we do not receive your full payment card details. Your use of the store is also subject to that store’s own privacy policy and terms.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:

Some US state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include sharing data with advertising partners. To the extent that applies, we honor applicable Global Privacy Control and other opt-out signals made available to us through Google’s tools. When Google indicates that a privacy-options form is available or required, you can access it as described under Advertising.

Your consent and legal basis

We process information only for the purposes described in this policy. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performing our agreement with you to provide the Game and keep your account, progress, and purchases; our legitimate interests in keeping the service reliable, preventing abuse, and measuring aggregate campaign effectiveness through Apple’s privacy-protective attribution system; and your consent where legally required for advertising-related device storage, access, and measurement. You can withdraw or change an advertising consent choice at any time by reopening ad privacy settings, and you can request deletion of your account data (see “Your choices” below). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

Children’s privacy

The Game is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). It creates only an anonymous account and does not ask for or knowingly collect personal information such as a name, email, or precise location from anyone, including children. Ads are served through a standard general-audience integration, not a children’s/“made for families” advertising program. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep account and progress data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Game. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, and you can delete your account from within the Game (see “Your choices” below). Deleting the app removes the data cached on your device.

One exception: when you delete your account we retain a record of your purchases (the item, platform, store transaction identifier, and date) for as long as we are legally required to - for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These retained records are detached from your account and are not used for any other purpose.

Your choices and rights

You can delete your account at any time from within the Game, which erases your account and progress data from our servers. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the data associated with your account, or to object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing us. Because accounts are anonymous, we may need your in-game account identifier to locate your data. We will not deny you service or otherwise discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Through the choices under Advertising, you can control advertising-related data processing permitted in your region; ads remain non-personalized regardless of your UMP choice. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA - contact us to exercise any of them. You can also stop all further collection at any time by uninstalling the Game.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Game you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page.
